Biography
Living in New York City, Kaitlin works for global PR agency Weber Shandwick, where she focuses on corporate branding, reputation management, and media relations/strategy.  An English and economics major, she was vice president of Tri Delt and Cobra member, and worked as an undergraduate advisor, Collis manager and Dartmouth College Fund intern.  Kaitlin remains engaged and committed to Dartmouth as ’05 class treasurer.

Statement
For the last two years, I have served as the most junior member of the Executive Committee.  In this time, I have learned many things about Dartmouth alumni as a group and about taking an active role in the community.  We are a passionate group – we want to know that we are being heard, making an impact.  Our opinions may differ, as may our approaches to discourse on matters; but what we all must understand is our obligation to maintain and enhance our unity and civility to help protect the history and future of our great College. 

We have come a long way in these last two years through our collegial approach, but it is a new time.  We have welcomed President Kim into the community.  We face severe economic challenges that threaten Dartmouth’s quest to pursue ever greater excellence. We cannot afford to distract the College from its mission to provide the best undergraduate experience anywhere. I adopt the platform of John Mathias and remain committed to fostering unity across classes and ideologies to ensure that Dartmouth can deliver an unparalleled experience well into the future.
